This barn was highly customized. The second floor was only partially finished to create a massive living area, completely open all the way to the roof! Another, equally as impressive, add on this customer wanted was a deck on the second story with a sealed screen porch underneath it. We achieved this by adding a rubber membrane to the roof of the porch to prevent water from leaking through.
